Tennessee Hair Braider Academy Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Tennessee Hair Braider Academy’s online educational programs, all sales are considered final once course access has been granted.

Students may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase only if course materials, videos, downloads, or learning content have not been accessed. Approved cancellations within this timeframe may receive a partial or full refund at the discretion of the Academy.

No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
• Failure to complete the course
• Failure to attend or participate
• Dissatisfaction after course access or material usage
• Technical issues caused by the student’s device or internet connection
• Violation of Academy policies or unauthorized sharing of course content

If a duplicate payment or billing error occurs, the Academy will review and correct the issue promptly.

Students experiencing verified technical difficulties preventing access to the course should contact the Academy immediately for support before requesting consideration of a refund.

Tennessee Hair Braider Academy reserves the right to deny refunds where course access, downloads, participation, or misuse of materials can be verified through system records.
